When will my order ship?
Most in-stock orders are processed within 2โ4 business days. During holidays, launches, or high-volume periods, processing may take a little longer.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery timing depends on the carrier and destination. After your order ships, you will receive tracking information if it is available for your shipment.
Do you ship classes?
No. Mahjong classes are a service and are not shipped. Any class confirmations, schedules, or updates are sent digitally using the contact details provided at checkout or registration.
Can I change my address?
If your order has not shipped yet, contact us as soon as possible through our Contact page. We will do our best to update the shipping address before fulfillment is completed.
Do you ship gifts?
Many of our curated items make wonderful gifts. If you are ordering for someone else, please double-check the shipping address and order details before placing your purchase.
